not able to download video

these days i read this message: "this video could not be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not

sported"

i using mozilla firefox n windows 10 64 bit

the download link for video is not working. some body else also did complain about it, u people have told, u r looking in to that matter...but its now three weeks...and still the problem is there...are you going to sort out that or not ??
